How to fill cheque for dd

To fill a cheque for a Demand Draft (DD), follow these steps:

• Date: Enter the current date in the DD/MM/YYYY format in the top right corner.
• Payee Line: Write Your Bank Name followed by "A/c Your Name" or simply mention "Your Bank Name - Self for DD."
• Amount in Words: Write the total amount (DD value plus bank charges) in words ending with "Only."
• Amount in Figures: Enter the total amount in the box provided.
• Signature: Sign the cheque clearly as per your bank records.
• Crossing: Write "A/c Payee Only" between two parallel lines on the top left.
