The number of free ATM transactions you get each month varies by location and bank. As per RBI guidelines, you are entitled to:

• Five free transactions monthly at your own bank's ATMs, regardless of the location.
• Three free transactions monthly at other bank ATMs in metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad).
• Five free transactions monthly at other bank ATMs in non-metro cities.
