Through our CSR arm Paytm Foundation, we are committed to meaningful action that touches lives. Our first CSR volunteering initiative in Chennai reflected this spirit, as Paytmers connected with children at the St. Jude India ChildCare Centres. The initiative was a beautiful blend of compassion, connection, and community.
A Day of Joy and Connection
Volunteers were given a warm welcome at the Cancer Care Centre. As the staff guided them through the facility, the excitement grew—and the moment introductions began, the room was filled with smiles and laughter. It was heartening to see the bond forming between Paytmers and the children in such a short time.
The evening was filled with cheerful games like Carrom, Ludo, and Chess. The children delighted in playing alongside the volunteers, while Paytmers found themselves equally immersed in the fun. Each move sparked joy, friendly competition, and meaningful connections, creating memories that will be cherished for a long time.

As the day drew to a close, the children surprised our volunteers with handcrafted paper flower bouquets as a token of love. For our Paytmers, this gesture was more than just a gift; it was a reminder of the resilience, creativity, and warmth that the children and caregivers embody every day.
