How To Download Ayushman Bharat Card Online?
Following are the steps you can follow to download ayushman bharat card online:
Step 1: Visit the official portal of Ayushman Bharat by clicking on https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/
Step 2: Choose the ‘Beneficiary’ option. Enter your mobile number, click on verify and choose any authentication method.
Step 3: Once verified, select for PMJAY Under ‘scheme’ and similarly choose your state, district or you can also search by family ID, Adhaar card etc and click on search.
Step 4: You can see all the details of your family. Click on the ‘download’ button and enter your details.
Step 5: Once done, the Ayushman Bharat card will be downloaded on your mobile. Use QR code to avail benefits.
How To Get Ayushman Bharat Card Offline?
Step 1: Visit nearest Common Service Centre. Visit https://www.csc.gov.in to find the nearest CVS.
Step 2: Upon reaching, provide your mobile number for verification and provide asked documents.
Step 3: The executives will verify your documents
Step 4: In a few days, you can collect your Ayushman bharat card from the office.
