If your Paytm Soundbox has a blinking green light, it means it is failing to connect to the Paytm network, which prevents it from announcing successful payments. This issue can often be fixed with a simple restart and SIM card check.
If your Soundbox is unable to connect to the Paytm network, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Check and Reinsert the SIM Card
- Open the SIM slot cover on the back of the Soundbox.
- Carefully remove the SIM card from the slot.
- Ensure the golden chip and the cut edge of the SIM card are correctly oriented.
- Re-insert the SIM card securely into the slot and close the cover.
- Step 2: Restart the Soundbox
- Press the Power button (usually the button with the Power symbol) for 3 seconds to switch the Soundbox off.
- Wait a few seconds, then press the Power button again for 3 seconds to switch it back on.
- Step 3: Wait for Connection Confirmation
- After restarting, the light indicator will initially blink green.
- Wait for a short time until the light changes from blinking green to a stable blue light.
A stable blue light confirms a strong connection to the Paytm network, and your Soundbox is now ready to announce payments again.
