During the live event, women merchants expressed satisfaction with our services and devices, including QR Codes, Soundbox, and Card Machines, which they have been using for several years. Many entrepreneurs have launched their ventures using Paytm’s services and products, and some have been aligned with Paytm since the demonetization period.

Understanding the critical role of digital payments in today’s fast-paced world, the women merchants have placed their trust in our ability to simplify and secure their payment processes. They assured that they will continue using our iconic devices while sharing their experiences.

Talking about the payment revolution that Paytm has created, Manu from Noida said, “Paytm has always been a part of my entrepreneurial journey. It has simplified the way of doing business. During demonetisation, when people were standing in long queues at banks, I was sitting comfortably doing my business.”

She highlighted how her business grew rapidly at that time and that they couldn’t think about doing business without Paytm. “About 95 percent of payments come through Paytm. We no longer deal in cash and ask our customers to pay us through Paytm,” she added.

Inspiring other women entrepreneurs, she asked them to run their businesses tension-free as Paytm was there to support them. “There is no other app that is trustworthy. Paytm’s backend team is always supportive and they help you whenever you face any issues with the payments,” she said.

A Bengaluru-based merchant Vaishnavi, who’s running a two-decade-old family retail business as a third-generation entrepreneur, says managing the business accounts is quite challenging due to her academic commitments. However, she found a solution in Paytm, which has made transaction management easier. “Paytm devices are customer-friendly. I just have to keep a tab on my phone to monitor all the transactions,” she said.

Praising Paytm, Usha, a happy merchant from Hyderabad added, “I have been using Paytm for many years. We are very happy with Paytm. The devices are convenient to use and the platform offers great customer service.”

These women merchants also emphasised that they have encountered no settlement issues, expressing their fondness for Paytm.

Talking about the convenience and seamless service of Paytm, Anita from Noida said, “I always wanted to do something in corporate gifting. Paytm has been a boon ever since I started my business in 2020. Online transactions were challenging since my shop is in the basement. But with Paytm, the transactions are convenient. You need Paytm for everything.”

We’ve always been at the forefront of digital payment innovation, leading the charge with our pioneered payment solutions like QR codes, Soundbox, and Card Machines. These innovations have redefined the payments landscape and offer unmatched payment experience, instant transactions, and unwavering reliability that merchants across India have come to depend on.

Our commitment to revolutionising the payment experience has paved the way for a more connected, efficient, and secure financial ecosystem.
