As part of the newly-introduced #NextGenGST reforms, the Government has announced major tax relief on life and health insurance products, making them cheaper and easier to access for families across the country.

The Prime Minister said this move is a key step towards achieving the long-term vision of ‘Insurance for All by 2047’, ensuring that every household in India is financially protected against medical expenses and unforeseen risks.

Responding to a post by Shri Narendra Bharindwal on X, Shri Modi shared:

The next-generation GST reforms, which make life and health insurance more affordable, mark another important milestone in our mission of ‘Insurance for All by 2047.’
