Paying your insurance premium is a secure and simple process with the Paytm App. You can quickly search for your insurance provider, enter your policy details, and pay the premium amount instantly.
- Step 1: Open the Paytm App and tap on the Search Button (magnifying glass icon) at the top right of the screen.
- Step 2: Type ‘Insurance Premium’ in the search bar and select the ‘LIC/Insurance Premium Payment’ option under services.
- Step 3: Select your Insurance Lender/Provider from the list (e.g., HDFC Life Insurance, LIC, etc.).
- Step 4: Enter your Policy Number and Date of Birth (in the specified DD-MM-YYYY format).
- Step 5: Wait for Paytm to verify the details with the insurer.
- Step 6: Check and confirm your Premium Amount and due date, then tap ‘Proceed to Pay’.
- Step 7: Select your preferred payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
- Step 8: Enter your PIN/OTP to complete the payment.
