There may be various reasons owing to which you might have to change your mobile number or residence. If you do so, you will have to get your address changed on all your financial tools and other documents, including your credit card.

This is vital because credit card issuing companies/banks stay in touch with their customers on a regular basis via SMS, email, and/or post. How to Change Credit Card Mobile Number?

    • Visit the bank’s official website and log in to your account using your credentials
    • Click on ‘My Profile’ and select ‘Contacts’
    • Update your mobile number in this section and click on ‘Send OTP’
    • Enter the OTP that you would have received on your new mobile number
    • Confirm the OTP and click on ‘Submit’
    • Your mobile number will now be changed

    Mobile Application

    • Login to the bank’s mobile application
    • Click on the ‘Menu’ option on the top corner of the screen
    • Go to ‘My profile’ and click on the ‘Edit’ option next to your mobile number
    • Enter your new mobile number and click on ‘Send OTP’
    • You will then receive an OTP on your new mobile number

      Customer Care Service

        You can connect with your bank’s customer service staff to change credit card mobile number. The contact details of your bank’s customer support team can be found easily on the bank’s official website.

        Visiting the Branch

          You can physically visit your bank’s branch to change credit card email id. You will be asked to fill out a form and submit a few required documents. Post this, your request will be processed.

            • Under this tab, there will be an option to update your address
            • You will then be redirected to a new page, wherein you will be asked to fill the new address

            • Once you have entered all these details, you will be asked to enter the Net secure code
            • After this, your request will be confirmed

            Note that every bank has a slightly different process for changing the address. You might also be asked to add a few other documents while updating your address in order to prove your identity.

              Nowadays, every bank has its own mobile application, which allows you to make transactions, check out information like monthly statements, due dates, etc. These mobile applications also allow you to make changes to your personal information. To change your address using a mobile application, follow these steps-

              • Log in to the mobile application by entering your application password/code
              • Click on ‘Menu’ and select ‘Support and Services’
              • Next, you need to click on ‘Insta services’ and click on ‘Update contact’
              • Click on ‘Update Communication Address/Permanent Adress’
              • Enter your new address click on ‘Agree’
              • Upload all the required documents and click on ‘Submit’

              Customer Care Service

                If you don’t find yourself comfortable with online banking services, then you may choose to go by the old-school way to change your address. Every bank has a customer support staff that assists you with all your needs through the telephone. You can find the customer care number on your bank’s official website and request them to change your address. You might have to follow the instructions as per their advice.

                Visiting the branch

                  You can also visit the bank’s branch to change your credit card address. By visiting the branch, you will have to ask one of the officials to provide you with the Customer Request Form (CRF). You can also find this form online. Next, you will need to fill out the form, submit a self-attested copy of your new address proof and that will be it. The bank officials will initiate your request and you will be notified about the status of the same.

                          Equal Rewards for RuPay Credit Card UPI Transactions and More Network Choices!
