Steps to Pay Your Water Bill

Follow this guide to locate your service provider and make a payment:

• Find the Service:

  • Open the Paytm App.
  • Tap on the Search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the home screen.
  • Type 'Water' in the search bar.
  • Select the 'Water' icon that appears under the Services section.

• Select Your Board:

  • Scroll through the list or search for your specific Water Board (e.g., Delhi Jal Board, Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board, etc.).

• Enter Details:

  • Enter your Customer ID (or the specific unique identifier provided by your water board) in the required field.

• Fetch Bill:

  • Tap 'Proceed'.
  • The app will automatically retrieve your latest bill details. Verify the Billing Amount and the Due Date displayed on the screen.

• Initiate Payment:

  • Once verified, tap on 'Proceed to Pay'.

• Choose Payment Mode:

  • Select your preferred method of payment (UPI, Linked Bank Account, Debit/Credit Card).

• Complete Transaction:

  • Enter your UPI PIN (or other required security details) to authorize the transaction.
