The "Under Process" status is temporary. It means Paytm is awaiting final confirmation from either your bank/payment gateway (for payment success) or the mobile operator (for the recharge to be credited).

What to Do:
  • Wait: The status usually resolves (succeeds or fails) within 24 hours.

  • Check Status: Track the final outcome in the "My Orders" section of the Paytm app.

  • Refund: If the order fails, your money is automatically refunded to its source (bank account or credit card).

  • Support: Contact support for that specific transaction only if the status has not changed after 24 hours.
