Why did the UPI registration fail?

UPI registration often fails due to technical or verification issues between your mobile device, the network, and your bank. Common reasons include:

• The mobile number is not linked to the bank account you are trying to register.
• Insufficient SMS balance or lack of an active outgoing SMS pack to send the mandatory verification message.
• Weak network connectivity or using a SIM card in the secondary slot on dual-SIM devices.
• The bank's servers are temporarily down or undergoing maintenance.
• App permissions for SMS or phone access are not granted.
