Who introduced the UPI circle?

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) introduced the UPI Circle feature. This feature allows multiple individuals to share a single UPI ID. The primary user, usually the account holder, can grant access to a trusted person, such as a family member or friend, designated as a secondary user.
