What if my UPI complaint isn't resolved?

If your UPI complaint is not resolved by your application provider, the next step is to contact your bank directly with the transaction details. If the bank fails to resolve the issue within 30 days, you should escalate the complaint to the RBI Ombudsman under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. You may also contact NPCI directly for unresolved issues.
