To track a UPI transaction, you must use the 12-digit UPI reference number, also known as the Unique Transaction Reference (UTR). You can track this number using these steps:

• Open the UPI app used for the transaction and navigate to the 'Balance and History' or 'Transaction History' section.
• Select the specific transaction to view its details and current status.
• Alternatively, check your bank statement or mobile banking app, where the UTR is listed alongside the transaction.
• If the payment is stuck, provide this 12-digit number to your bank's customer support for resolution.
