How to get a UPI number in Paytm?

To get a UPI number or ID in Paytm, you must link your bank account to the app. Once linked, Paytm automatically generates a default UPI ID, typically using your registered mobile number followed by @paytm. Follow these steps to find or customize your UPI ID:

• Open the Paytm app and tap your profile icon at the top-left corner.
• Select UPI and Payment Settings.
• Under the UPI ID section, tap View to see your current ID.
• You can choose to create a new, personalized UPI ID from the available handles provided by partner banks.
