How to create a UPI ID in BHIM?

Creating a UPI ID for a current account is simple and follows the same process as a savings account. Ensure your mobile number is linked to your current account before proceeding with these steps:

• Download and open a UPI-enabled application.
• Verify your mobile number via OTP.
• Select your bank from the provided list.
• Link your current account as the app fetches your details.
• Set a secure UPI PIN using your debit card details (last 6 digits and expiry).
• Create your personalized UPI ID or use the default one provided.
