To complain about a UPI transaction, follow these steps:
  • Raise a dispute directly in your UPI app's transaction history or help section.
  • Contact your bank's customer support with the transaction ID for further assistance.
  • File a formal complaint on the NPCI Dispute Redressal Mechanism portal if the issue remains unresolved after 3 to 5 days.
  • Escalate to the RBI Banking Ombudsman if you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 30 days.
