How long do UPI refunds take?

Refunds for failed UPI transactions are often processed instantly by the bank. If not instant, the refund is usually credited within 1 working day. For general UPI refunds, the standard duration is typically within 3–5 working days. If there is a delay beyond an hour for a failed transaction, it is recommended to contact your bank or raise a complaint through your UPI app.
