Can we create a UPI ID without a debit card?

Yes, you can create a UPI ID and set your UPI PIN without a debit card by using Aadhaar-based authentication. This feature, enabled by NPCI, allows you to onboard if your bank supports it. To use this method, ensure:

• Your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account.
• The same mobile number is registered with both your Aadhaar and your bank.

During setup, choose the Aadhaar option, enter the required digits, and verify using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to set your PIN.
