Can I use the bhim app without an ATM card?

To use the BHIM app for transactions, you generally need to register your mobile number with your bank account and have a debit card linked to that account to generate your UPI PIN. However, some users, such as those in the UPI Circle, may only need a valid SIM card. The app is based on the UPI platform for secure digital payments.
