How long do you have to complain to NPCI?

It is recommended that you file a UPI transaction complaint within 30 days of the transaction date for faster redressal. Banks and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) advise reporting issues as quickly as possible. If your complaint remains unresolved for 30 days after reporting it through your bank or UPI application, you can then file a formal complaint via the official NPCI grievance redressal portal.
