How to update dob in pan card online

To update your date of birth in your PAN card online, follow these steps:

• Visit the official Protean (formerly NSDL) or UTIITSL portal.
• Select Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data under the application type.
• Fill in the required details and ensure you check the box next to the Date of Birth field to indicate a correction.
• Choose the Submit digitally through e-KYC & e-Sign option for a paperless process using Aadhaar OTP.
• Upload a valid proof of birth, such as an Aadhaar card or birth certificate, and pay the applicable processing fee.
