You can download your e-PAN card from the official websites of the Income Tax Department, Protean (formerly NSDL), or UTIITSL.

• For an Instant e-PAN, visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal, go to 'Instant e-PAN,' and use your Aadhaar number for OTP verification to get the free PDF.
• For PANs processed by Protean or UTIITSL, download the e-PAN from their respective portals using your PAN or Acknowledgement number and date of birth.
• The downloaded e-PAN PDF is password-protected, with the password being your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
