• To download from the Protean or UTIITSL portals, you can use your PAN or Acknowledgement number, along with your date of birth, and authenticate using an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email ID.

The downloaded e-PAN is a password-protected PDF, with the password usually being your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
