To download your e-PAN card from the UTIITSL portal, follow these steps:

• Visit the official UTIITSL e-PAN download webpage.
• Enter your PAN number, the Month & Year of your Date of Birth/Incorporation, and the displayed captcha code.
• After submitting, a verification link is sent via SMS or email to your registered contact.
• Click the link and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) to complete the verification and download the e-PAN card.
• A nominal fee may be applicable if the PAN was issued or updated more than 30 days ago. The downloaded PDF file is secured with a password, which is your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
