To download your e-PAN card online, you can use one of the official portals based on where you applied:

• If you applied for an Instant e-PAN, visit the Income Tax e-filing website. Use the 'Instant e-PAN' link and enter your Aadhaar number for OTP verification to download the copy.
• If your PAN was processed by Protean eGov Technologies Ltd (formerly NSDL) or UTIITSL, visit their respective portals. You can use either your PAN number or Acknowledgement Number, along with your date of birth, for the download after OTP authentication.

Note that a small fee may apply if you are downloading the e-PAN after 30 days of its allotment on the Protean and UTIITSL websites.
