
If your FASTag is lost, damaged, or not working, you can easily get a replacement. First, contact the bank or payment provider that issued your FASTag through customer care, their app/website, or a branch. If it's lost or stolen, request them to block the old FASTag immediately to prevent misuse.
Next, share your registered mobile number, vehicle registration details, and KYC documents if asked. You'll need to pay a small replacement fee (₹100–₹200 approx.) along with any security deposit or top-up. The issuer will then provide a new FASTag linked to your vehicle.
The balance from your old FASTag wallet, if any, is usually transferred to the new tag. After receiving it, activate the FASTag via the issuer's app or support team and affix it on your vehicle's windshield. Remember to remove the old tag, as only one FASTag can remain active per vehicle.
