how to take driving licence

To obtain a driving licence (DL) in India, you must first apply for and receive a Learner's Licence (LL). The overall process can be completed online via the Sarathi Parivahan portal.

• First, apply for the LL online and pass the required test.
• The LL is valid for 6 months, and you must wait a minimum of 30 days before applying for your permanent DL.
• Apply for the permanent DL online, pay the fee, and book a slot for the mandatory driving test at your RTO.
• Upon successfully clearing the RTO driving test, your permanent Driving Licence will be issued.
