The process to renew your driving licence (DL) in Delhi can be completed online via the Parivahan Sewa portal or offline at your nearest RTO office. You must submit your application either way.

• Fill out and submit application Form No. 9.
• Provide your original DL, self-attested proof of age and residence, and two passport-size photographs.
