• Visit the Sarathi portal and select "Apply for Driving License".
• Fill in your LL number, Date of Birth, and other required application details.
• Upload the necessary documents, pay the DL fee, and book a slot for the Motor Driving Test (Test of Competence).
• Visit the RTO on the scheduled date to pass your test, after which the DL is issued.
