How much time does a driving license take to arrive?

A permanent driving license (DL) typically takes around 30 days to be delivered after you successfully pass the driving test at the RTO. Once the test is cleared, the physical card is generally dispatched via speed post within 2 to 3 weeks. However, a digital copy is often available on the mParivahan or DigiLocker apps within a few days of approval.
