You can change the address on your driving license online via the Sarathi Parivahan portal or by visiting your RTO. Submit proof of new residence (Aadhaar, rental agreement, utility bill), passport-size photos, and your existing license. After verification and payment of the fee, the updated license will be issued, usually within a few weeks.
