What to do if my license is lost or stolen?

If your driving license is lost or stolen, file a police complaint (FIR) and obtain a copy. Then apply for a duplicate license online through the Sarathi Parivahan portal or at your RTO by submitting the FIR copy, identity proof, passport-size photos, and the applicable fee. A duplicate license will be issued after verification.
