• SMS and email: Banks usually send alerts when your application is approved, the card is dispatched, or it is out for delivery, often including a courier tracking link or airway bill number.
• Customer care: Call your bank's credit card helpline and share your application reference or PAN for an update.
• Courier tracking: If you receive an SMS with a tracking ID, use the courier company's website to track delivery of the physical card to your address.
