How to send cancelled cheque

To send a cancelled cheque, you must first prepare it by drawing two parallel diagonal lines across the cheque leaf and writing the word CANCELLED between them in capital letters. Ensure that this markings do not cover important details like the MICR code or account number. Once prepared, you can send it through the following methods:
  • Physical Submission: Hand it over at the bank branch or to the requesting organization's office.
  • Digital Upload: Scan or take a clear photograph of the cancelled cheque and upload it to the service provider's official portal or mobile application.
