Does my old bank need to deactivate my Aadhaar number before my new bank links it to the NPCI mapper after I submit the consent form?

The existing bank does not need to deactivate your Aadhaar number from the NPCI mapper. The new bank can seed the Aadhaar number based on your consent form details.
