How do banks seed Aadhaar numbers in the NPCI mapper?

  1. Bank officials verify customer documents before proceeding.
  2. Banks must complete two steps for seeding:
    • Link Aadhaar to the customer's account in core banking and other systems.
    • Upload the Aadhaar number to the NPCI mapper. If step b is not completed, the Aadhaar number will not appear in the NPCI mapper.
