Paytm no longer provides direct movie ticket booking services. When a user attempts to book a movie ticket on Paytm, the platform now redirects them to the partner application, 'District' App'.

Voucher Redemption in the New System

The redemption process is now governed by the partner app:

• Redemption Depends on Partner: The ability to redeem your movie vouchers (regardless of the issuer) now depends entirely on the specific terms and conditions of that voucher and the policies of the 'District' App or the partner booking service.
• Procedure: You must follow the redemption steps provided within the District App's booking flow:
  • Select your movie, cinema, and seats.
  • Enter the Voucher/Coupon Code in the designated 'Offers & Promos' or payment section of the partner app.
  • The system will then validate the code and apply the benefit.

Key Point: You must ensure your movie voucher is valid for use on the District App to which Paytm redirects you. If the voucher is strictly limited to the former Paytm booking engine, it may no longer be redeemable through the new system.
