
Paytm connects you with sellers, but sellers/merchants handle actual product delivery and logistics, not Paytm directly.
Go to "My Orders" or "Passbook".
Select your order to find its status, estimated delivery date, tracking number, and courier partner name.
First, contact the Seller/Merchant directly. Their details are in your order. They have direct access to shipping info.
Contact Paytm Support (if seller unresponsive): If the seller doesn't respond, reach out to Paytm Customer Support via 'Help & Support' in your app. Paytm can then mediate with the seller.
Important: Keep your address and contact number updated.
