Paytm connects you with sellers, but sellers/merchants handle actual product delivery and logistics, not Paytm directly.

How to Track & What to Do

Check Order Status in Paytm App:

  • Go to "My Orders" or "Passbook".

  • Select your order to find its status, estimated delivery date, tracking number, and courier partner name.

Use Tracking Number:

  • For the most accurate updates, use the provided tracking number directly on the courier partner's website or app.

Delivery Issues/Delays:

  • First, contact the Seller/Merchant directly. Their details are in your order. They have direct access to shipping info.

  • Contact Paytm Support (if seller unresponsive): If the seller doesn't respond, reach out to Paytm Customer Support via 'Help & Support' in your app. Paytm can then mediate with the seller.

Damaged/Wrong Item:

  • Refer to the seller's return/replacement policy. Initiate requests through your Paytm order details or by contacting the seller.

Important: Keep your address and contact number updated.
