How to Redeem

1. On buying this voucher you will get a code through which you can purchase any products.
2. Voucher shall be Valid across PAN India outlets, except Coffee Day Lounge formats, Coffee day Square, Airport cafes, Corporate cafes & Discounted cafes. However, presently the card is not redeemable on the CCD website or app. Click here to check the store near you.
3. Valid for 12 months.
4. Partial redemption not allowed.
5. End-user needs to register the card by sending an SMS to +91 9695566677 with GACT16 digit card number6 Digit PIN. For example, GACT 3837462299874738 123456.
6. For Cafes redemption please inform the Cashier that the order will be paid via voucher.
7. The Voucher is valid on Food and Beverage, Merchandise, but not valid on Combos.
8. For redemption, the end-user shall provide the 16 digit card number at the time of billing, which shall trigger an OTP to the end user's registered mobile as mentioned above. The OTP needs to be shared with the store cashier for a successful redemption to complete the transaction.
9. The redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity, and notwithstanding the same, CCD shall neither be held liable nor responsible for any consequences if the customer is unable to redeem on account of any technical glitch at the cafe.
10. Once registered, the Voucher is not transferable to other mobile numbers.
11. The Voucher is valid on Food and Beverage, but not valid on Combos.
12. Taxes as applicable.
13. A Voucher can be redeemed multiple times.
14. This Voucher does not allow any top-up.
15. No cash payment will be made by the company for the Voucher either in part or in full nor exchanged.
16. In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the Voucher, the difference must be paid by the customers through other available payment modes.
17. No cancellation and No refund money is allowed on the issued Voucher.
18. Clubbing multiple vouchers are not allowed.
19. Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the Voucher in case of any dispute.
20. Management can change the company policy without any prior intimation.
