Helmed by Jaume Collet Serra and written by Byron Willinger, Philip de Blasi and Ryan Engle, The Commuter is an action-thriller. The story revolves around Michael, an insurance salesman whose life is nothing but a routine that consists of his daily commute from work to home. His routine is suddenly shattered when he meets a mysterious stranger who blackmails him to find the identity of a passenger on his train before his last stop arrives. Michael’s life is caught up in a conspiracy carrying life and death stakes for himself and his fellow passengers.
