Synopsis

Shredder breaks free and teams up with mad scientist Baxter Stockman, aided by muscle-bound duo Bebop and Rocksteady, to seize control of the world. The turtles find support in April O'Neil, Vernon Fenwick, and vigilante Casey Jones. Meanwhile, the formidable Krang also emerges to pose an even greater threat.
