Synopsis

Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero is an animated biographical movie based on the life of a military dog. Sergeant Stubby is a stray whose life completely transforms when he is taken in by a US army man at a camp. The story builds on how Stubby emerges as a hero during the second world war despite lacking any military dog training. The film is based on the real-life Sergeant Stubby who became the official mascot of the 102nd Infantry Regiment of the US Army during the 1920s.
