Synopsis

It is the year 2045, roughly 27 years ahead of us, most part of the Earth has fallen prey to overpopulation, pollution and what not. Before you lose interest, the movie entices you with lookalikes of video game effects. Sounds bizarre, right? Well, isn’t that what the celebrated director Steven Spielberg known for! To breakthrough the desolation, the inhabitants indulge in the virtual reality world of OASIS. From there on begins this race, between a young boy and his friends and a big corporate entity, to find the hidden treasure in OASIS available at the end of various games and tricky puzzles. Interestingly, the movie is based on Ernest Cline’s 2011 novel by the same name.
