Synopsis

Amay Patnaik (Ajay Devgn) is a fearless, honest and stubborn income tax officer based in UP. Not caring about the power of the influential people whom he suspects of committing IT fraud, Patnaik begins a non-stop raid at the mansion of Tauji, the most powerful man in Lucknow. However, the officer’s honesty may put his wife in danger. Raid is inspired by the real-life IT raids that were conducted by the Indian Revenue Services during the 1980s. Ajay Devgn’s intense portrayal as a police officer in earlier movies adds to the appeal of his performance in Raid and is something to look forward to.
