Synopsis

This romance-drama highlights a unique bond that grows between two strangers brought together under unusual circumstances. Set in Mumbai, the story initially focuses on a struggling street photographer and a picture that he clicked. He uses the picture to stop his grandmother from pressuring him to get married, telling her that the woman in the picture is his fiancé. However, things take an unexpected turn when she actually wants to meet this fiancé. The movie had its world premiere at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and the European premiere at the 69th Berlin International Film Festival.
