Synopsis

Set in a Bengali village during the 1980s, Oskar tells the story of an aspiring filmmaker Ratul. Driven by a dream where the Oscar Award calls out his name, Ratul brings together his entire neighborhood to help him with his ambition. The film is loaded with humour and marks Priyanshu Chatterjee’s return to Tollywood after three years.
