Synopsis

Set in Los Angeles during the summer of 1969, this dark comedy/crime movie revolves around a struggling TV actor and his stunt double. The plot focuses on the duo’s friendship and the struggle that they face together to survive in the entertainment industry. Although fictional, the movie features several real-life incidents that occurred during what is known as the dark phase of Hollywood. This is the 9th feature film by Academy Award winning filmmaker Quentin Tarantino and the last movie to star celebrated actor Luke Perry who passed away shortly after filming. This is also the first film starring both Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt.
