Synopsis

Hereditary explores the dimensions of the horror genre to a chilling new level. As Ellen, the matriarch of the family passes away, her daughter’s family begins to find out about the dark fate dotted with terrifying secrets which they have inherited from their ancestry. Ari Aster, the director of the movie makes his first feature movie as writer-director while providing a haunting cinematic experience. Will the family be able to escape this horrifying misfortune or will they get engulfed by it once and for all?
